Job description

  • Producir contenido de alto rendimiento que contribuya a los objetivos de ventas, trabajando de cerca con el equipo de diseño.
  • Asistir y colaborar estrechamente con otros departamentos de marketing (digital, diseño…) así como con los equipos de Retail, Relaciones Públicas y Mercados Internacionales para desarrollar y ejecutar contenidos y iniciativas de marketing relevantes.
  • Garantizar la consistencia de todas las comunicaciones para asegurar la relevancia y representación correcta para cada público objetivo y nacionalidad.

Tus tareas

Media Markt está buscando un Digital Marketing Specialist para unirse a nuestro equipo de Marketplace en la sede central ubicada en El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona.

  • Optimización de campañas: Identificarás los productos Marketplace con mayor potencial y coordinarás su inclusión en las campañas activas.
  • Análisis de resultados: Utilizar herramientas de analítica web para reportar el rendimiento de las estrategias digitales. Realizar análisis del rendimiento de las campañas para maximizar el retorno de la inversión. Realizarás un seguimiento exhaustivo del rendimiento de las campañas, identificando oportunidades de mejora y optimizando las estrategias.
  • Colaboración Interna: Colaboración con el equipo de Partner Managers para definir los productos con mayor conversión y con el equipo de Content para garantizar la calidad del contenido y optimizar las páginas de productos. Además, colaborar de manera efectiva con otros departamentos dentro de la organización, más allá de la estructura de Marketplace para coordinar la selección de productos y la duración de las campañas.

Tu perfil

  • Licenciado en Marketing, Comunicación, Publicidad o similar
  • Experiencia previa en marketing digital, en una agencia o en el departamento de marketing de una empresa, preferiblemente Retail
  • Conocimiento sólido de herramientas de marketing digital y análisis, como Google Analytics, Google Ads, Merchant Center, Facebook, LinkedIn, Salesforce Pardot entre otros.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en múltiples equipos, alinear objetivos y resultados, y lograr el éxito general independientemente de los límites de la empresa
  • Mentalidad sólida orientada a la practicidad, con flexibilidad y capacidad de adaptación

The Controller is responsible for the effective and reliable operation of accountancy including general accounting and also is responsible and acting as focal point in the countries and is responsible for compliance with US GAAP, local statutory, tax compliance and legal reporting requirements. Position will also supervise work of Credit team to evaluate credit risk and Accounts Payable to make sure payments are processed efficiently and on time.

The Main Tasks:

  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP / Local GAAP requirements / SOX / Tax Compliance;
  • Accountable for the preparation of specifications/reconciliations and documentation of all submitted financial data, e.g., the financial statements;
  • Liaison with Local (Business) Management & managers at the Shared Service Center;
  • Continual improvements of the financial processes;
  • Analyze Credit exposure on day-to-day Commercial activity to decide/propose on release of Sales Order according to Financial Approval Authorization (FAA) policy;

  • Liaise with Closing & Reporting team on preparation and progress of the closing.



Statutory Reporting:

  • Identify country specific Legal & Statutory requirements (e.g. content, format, filing due dates, penalties);
  • Compile Statutory Accounts (e.g. coordinate completion of Statutory Accounts, prepare Financial Statements, prepare Notes to the Financial Statements, prepare Management Report, file Financial Statements);
  • Document Year-end Balance Sheet Specifications (reconciliation, G/L account breakdown, supporting documentation);



Other Local Compulsory Reporting:

  • Coordinate/ prepare local Management Board Meetings;
  • Coordinate activities to comply to other local reporting;
  • Lead in the preparation of Forecasts and Budgets;



Other Tasks:

  • Contact with external and internal auditors;
  • Identify, valuate and quantify any Internal risks;
  • Ensures SOX compliance for the locations in the country/countries;
  • Supervise Product Costing and support manufacturing activities;
  • Lead Capital Expense (Capex) Budget and Actual spent, following up initiatives;
  • Participate in special (ad-hoc) projects



Account Receivables:

  • Evaluate Credit limit excess on Sales Orders pending to release. Calculate Bad Debt provision.
  • Propose actions to stop or release Sales Orders, ensuring risk exposure is not too high
  • Manage relationship with Credit insurance and broker with periodical review of open cases



Accounts Payables:

  • Ensure payments are released on time and support team in improve quality of work;
  • Review current processes and tools to make AP work more efficient;
  • Review policy and execute audit of Travel & Entertainment (T&E) reports

As an Ecommrece Manager you are responsible for driving the direct-to-consumer channel to achieve the ambitious targets in top- and bottom-line growth for your brand or your category. You will be directly responsible for trading, buying, category management and site merchandising. What will the role entail?

  • Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy for your brand or category to increase sales and profitability, considering market trends, regional differences, competitive landscape, and consumer insights.
  • Create forecasts and budgets for eCommerce KPI’s (traffic, orders, net sales, conversion, AOV, etc.) as well as product KPI’s (ASP, GM, Sell-through)
  • Drive full-price sell-through by applying ecommerce best practices
  • Drive quality in experience, content, localization - from performance marketing to crm to homepage to PLP to PDP to shopping bag to check-out with all teams involved.
  • Oversee the operation and performance of the site, ensuring a seamless user experience, managing product listings, optimizing search engine visibility, and monitoring website analytics.
  • Constantly monitor analytics to find opportunities and improve the site usability and conversion throughout the funnel, from Marketing to check-out, improving product findability through site-merchandising.
